Created back in 2001, Datafox Consulting is formed by  professionals and has business partners that together combine their expertise when necessary.

Wagner Maxsen, PMP, PMI-RMP, Prince2 Practitioner, MBTI Qualified, ITIL Certified

Wagner Maxsen is a project, portfolio management and corporate strategy
specialist with over 25 years of experience. He has been responsible for
planning and delivering projects and training in many large corporations, in
countries like Angola, Argentina, Congo, Mexico, Portugal, USA, Venezuela and Brazil, comprising an investment portfolio of over 10 billion dollars.
Using a hands-on approach, he has created and implemented many project, program and portfolio management methodologies and also recovered troubled projects while implementing many PMOs across public and private sectors within industries like energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, finance, oil and gas, heavy construction and information technology.
As a passionate and active volunteer to PMI, he’s been a member of the Nominating Committee (2009-2011), Project Manager of the Translation Verification Committee for the PMBOK Guide® 4th edition Portuguese, a member of the PMP Exam Development Group, Director of Communications
(2007-2008) and Director of Special Projects (2005-2006) for the PMI-MG Chapter, as well as the Brazilian Project Manager for the PMI-EF Career Day project.
He is also a graduate alumni of PMI's Leadership Master Class Institute program, a prestigious leadership program created by PMI for the development of its global leaders.
He is an enthusiast and talented instructor and delivers concepts using his practical experience for several educational institutions like ESI International, FGV, IBMEC, FIA-USP, as well as an invited speaker at seminars like PMI
Global Congress and many Brazilian congresses.
He is a founding member of the IIBA-MG Chapter (International Institute of Business Analysis®), dedicating for the advancement of the business analysis profession.
He is a Kaplan and Norton Balanced Scorecard Certified Graduate, PMP®, PMI-RMP®, Prince2 Practitioner® and MBTI® Qualified Practitioner, a psychological type instrument used in negotiation and leadership roles, and
ITIL Foundation®.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University (USA), as well as post-graduate courses on Business Administration and Advanced Finances.
As one of his passions, he speaks fluently 6 languages and is rushing to add Mandarin as the 7th.
